main feature:

•The bed is made of 25-grain cast iron, which has been aged and has reinforcing ribs to ensure sufficient rigidity. The bed is designed for easy chip evacuation.

•The two axes use Japan/Germany/Taiwan high-precision linear guides, and both X and Z axes use high-precision ball screws with reasonable spacing, automatic lubrication, and high stability.

•Two axes adopt 30m/min rapid traverse speed, power chuck or standard fixture system, high-efficiency and high-precision servo turret.

• Hollow spindle, the spindle is assembled and tested in a controlled clean environment, with high precision bearings at the front and rear ends, and the bearings are lubricated with grease.

• Hydraulic tailstock, programmable, the tailstock is supported by a V-rail and a flat rail.

•The system adopts Japanese original FANUC FRANK, 10.4-inch LED color screen, multi-language display.
